Villa Reservations :
Making a reservation.
You can reserve a villa directly through us at Pierres Caraibes or through
a travel agent. Please contact us by phone, fax or email on our “contact
us” page.
Payments
All villa reservations require a 25% deposit within 14 days of the reservation
being made. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt by Pierres
Caraibes of this deposit. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
in St. Martin. Please note that Christmas reservations require a 50% deposit
and final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.. We accept payment
by Travelers check, certified check or cash.
Rates & Seasons
High Season runs from December 15 through April 14, excluding the two
week holiday period around Christmas and New Year where special holiday
rates apply.. Low season begins on April 15 through until December 14.
All rates are quoted weekly in US Dollars and are subject to a government
and service tax of 8%.
Minimum Stay Requirements
In High Season the minimum stay is one week, 5 days in low season. However
for last minute bookings, depending on availability, shorter stays are
possible. For reservations longer than a week, extra days are prorated
on a daily basis. Subject to availability villa rentals can begin on any
day of the week, we do not insist on Saturday to Saturday reservations.
Check-in/Out Times
Check-in: 3pm or later on arrival day.
Check-out 12 noon on departure day.
Occupancy
Maximum of 2 persons per room. Any exceptions must be approved by our
company management. Rollaway beds and cribs can be rented at a fee of
$10 per day.

Refunds are only given if:
1.The villa is re-booked for the period of the
initial booking or if a portion of the rental time is re-booked a pro-rata
refund will be made.
2. The villa should become unfit and no equivalent substitution
is available
No refunds are made for acts of nature, such as hurricanes, however you
may be entitled to reschedule your rental for up to one year after the
original travel dates based on availabilty..
To protect against cancellations due to unforeseen events such as illness
we strongly advise travel insurance which can be obtained when purchasing
airline tickets.
